Astronomical group looks to the skies

Mexborough and Swinton Astronomical Society will have its executive committee meeting on September 10 from 7.45 to 10pm. 

There will also be a series of talks later this month.

On September 11, Tony Morris will talk about Astrophotography, Les Marsden will speak about A Night Under the Stars on September 13 and on September 18 guest speaker Gary Poyner will present a talk called A Guide to Variable Stars and How to Observe Them.

All take place between 7.45 to 10pm in the meeting room at Swinton Working Men’s Club on Station Street, Swinton.
