Aston health centre held up
“TECHNICAL difficulties” have delayed the opening of a brand new health and council service centre until next month.
The Aston Joint Service Centre will house Swallownest’s GP practice, which looks after more than 15,000 patients.
Rotherham Borough Council services will also be accessible, including housing benefits, council tax and Streetpride.
But the opening ceremony will not take place as planned next Wednesday, because of IT problems.
Aston Library will also be relocating to the new joint service centre.
