Aid group's town centre roadshow

AN AID organisation is holding a roadshow in Rotherham this weekend to make people aware of its work.

Planet Aid UK, which raises money for people in India and Africa, will be in All Saints’ Square between 10am and 5pm on Saturday to promote its message of “Education for All.”

Planet Aid UK is a not-for-profit, limited company which raises funds mainly through the collection, sorting and trading in second hand clothes and shoes.

The company was established in 1998 to help develop and improve the living conditions of people in developing countries.

All net profit is donated to development aid work in India and Africa, either directly via the International Humana People to People Movement, or through the registered charity DAPP UK.
