A place where only the best will do: children's home in Rotherham achieves outstanding rating

A CHILDREN’S home which provides short breaks for young people with complex health needs has been rated outstanding by Ofsted for the third time in a row after inspectors found “excellent care”, “committed staff” and “ambitious management”.
