Planning application for flats built 15 years ago

The block of nine two-bedroom apartments was given outline consent in 2005 but not full permission, planning papers say.

The three-storey development was built between March 2008 and June 2009, according to the new application.

Applicant Shabeer Hussain has asked for retrospective permission for the building from RMBC.

Meanwhile, John Krasnowski has filed to change the use of the former Forge pub on Wales Road at Kiveton Park to residential.
