Hide AdOrienteering is a cross-country type of event where runners have to find their own way round the course.
The urban orienteering course, which has been mapped and planned by Henry Marston, will give people a chance to explore some parts of Wingfield and Rockingham they have never seen before.
Routes range in distance from 0.7km to 7.6km and will be open from 10am to noon.
