X-Factor’s hunt for 2015 hopefuls

X FACTOR hopefuls are being urged to flock to Meadowhall next week as the show sweeps into the popular shopping centre to host open auditions.

The hit ITV show is set to visit on Wednesday and Thursday as part of a nation-wide tour of 50 towns and cities as the search gets underway for fresh vocal talent to follow in the footsteps of Olly Murs and Leona Lewis.

The X Factor creator Simon Cowell said: “The X Factor is coming back and, if you think you have the potential to be a world-class star, this is your chance to prove it. You really could be the next pop superstar.”

The open auditions will take place in Meadowhall’s Oasis food court over the two days.

Hopefuls are being encouraged to register their interest in an audition on-line as soon as possible.
