KIMBERWORTH PARK WALKING GROUP: On August 5, 34 members travelled to Langsett to complete a four mile walk around the reservoir.
BARKERS PARK BOWLING CLUB: In the Vets League singles match at Wickersley CI on August 3, Wickersley took all the points. Barkers Park Bowlers were at home on August 4 in the Midweek League against Treeton C. Alan Hadfield, Mick Weaver, Mick Parlett, Tom Doncaster and Roy Cooke won their games and took the aggregate points. Barkers Park were away against Phoenix B on August 5. Phoenix B took all the points.
