GREASBROUGH COMMUNITY BOWLING CLUB: August 3 – 21up triple, John Byers, Martyn Heap and Linda Abson. August 4 – the club won 7-1 to Bradgate at home. August 5 – summer round robin 21up, Tom Browne, Bob Clarkson, Dave Mee; Fullwood Rose Bowl, Dennis Routledge and Tom Browne. August 6 – Greasbrough Cup semi-final, Martyn Critchlow; Arthur King Trophy round 2, Tom Browne; 21up doubles, Bob Clarkson and Dennis Routledge, Martyn Critchlow and Peter Jackson, Dave Mee and Maureen Taylor; summer round robin singles, Dot Payne. August 7 – the club played Wickersley CI away in the Friday night doubles and had one winner. August 8 – summer round robin, Kenny Herbert and Martyn Heap; 21up triple, Martyn Heap, Martyn Critchlow and John Byers; 21up doubles, Linda Abson and Charles Abson. Spectators welcome to watch doubles matches today against Barkers Park at Greasbrough. Tuesday – the club will be playing High Hazels bowling team in six singles matches on its home green.
