ST LEONARD’S CHURCH SERVICES: Sunday Services – 1st, 2nd, 4th Sunday 10.45am parish communion, 3rd Sunday 8am holy communion (said traditional), 3rd Sunday Service 10.45am for all ages with thanksgiving for the gift of a child. Coffee and croissants 10am with activities for children. Weekday services – 9am Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday morning prayer, 9.30am Wednesday holy communion. Heritage Day – On September 12 St Leonard’s will be looking at Dinnington and the surrounding area on VE Day and people can take a look at the marriage register and baptismal register for that period. There will be artifacts on show from that period along with work produced by Y4 children at Anston Park Junior School in connection with VE Day. Church will be open 9.30am-2pm, Sunday 10.45am-1pm, also September 14-18 9.30-11am.
