Vegan and veggie delights at festival
VEGGIES and vegans can enjoy a huge meat-free feast this weekend.
A tasting afternoon offering free samples of vegetarian and vegan food is being held at Firbeck Village Hall from 2pm to 4pm on Sunday.
The event will also feature a barbecue, competitions and recipe tips, advice and ideas
It is being organised by new residents’ group Firbeck Food for Thought to highlight National Vegetarian Week from May 14 to 20.
