Turn back time with Civil War action at Wentworth Woodhouse

You could take in a battle, a siege or a skirmish

The Sealed Knot group will be re-enacting a Civil War confrontation at Wentworth Woodhouse over the weekend.

Hundreds of members of the Sealed Knot, clad in full costume and armed with muskets, will be bringing history to life on Sunday and Monday from 10am to 4pm.

A special Civil War tour has been organised in the stately home itself.

Tickets for the Civil War re-enactment are £12 for adults, £6 for ages five to 17 and under-fives go free.
