Town centre bops to the sounds of Rotherham's Vintage Hop

SHOPPERS were bopping and in the town centre at the weekend.

The event — the sixth of its kind in the town — featured performances from  The Haywood Sisters, Miss Marina Mae, Thorpe Hesley Brass Band, The Starlights, The Buddies and The Hailbails.

There was also a vintage market, vintage vehicle display and children's entertainer, with those attending happy to get into the period spirit with a range of colourful retro outfits.
