THEATRE PREVIEW: Jesus Christ Superstar at Rotherham Civic Theatre
AN EPIC tale of Biblical importance is taking over the Rotherham Civic this week.
Wickersley Musical Theatre Company are putting the finishing touches to their production of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Jesus Christ Superstar, which is at the theatre from tomorrow until Saturday (February 25 to 29).
Adam Wigglesworth (pictured in rehearsal) will play the Son of God, while Chloe Jackson is his paramour Mary Magdalene.
Thursday’s performance will be signed for the deaf.
