Special service for autism sufferers

A SPECIAL service is being held at Rotherham Minster this weekend in support of people with autism.

The event marks the The International Day of Prayer for Autism and Asperger’s Syndrome and is organised in conjunction with the Rotherham branch of The National Autistic Society.

The service begins at 10.30am and those attending will include the Mayor and Mayoress of Rotherham, the High Sheriff for South Yorkshire, Rotherham MP Sarah Champion MP and police commander Chief Supt Jason Harwin, as well as staff and service users from the Rotherham branch of the NAS.
