Songbird Lindsay Dracass en route to Letwell

SINGER Lindsay Dracass is heading to the Rotherham area to promote her long awaited debut album titled Waiting For You.

The Sheffield songbird, one-time Eurovision song contestant and lone girl singer in Paul Carrack’s Band, has spent the last two years collaborating with multi-instrumentalist Julian Jones.

The resulting album delivers a blend of soul and jazz, and first single Not Mine reached No 6 in the I-tunes R&B/Soul charts.

Lindsay appears at Letwell Village Hal lon Saturday, September 21, with Nicola Farnon on bass, Piero Tucci on saxophone, Aiden Thompson on guitar and Julian Jones playing guitar, piano and keyboards.
