Rotherham rocks to sounds of young talent

Singers, dancers and bands rocked Clifton Park’s bandstand at the RothRocks event, hosted by volunteer radio station Redroad FM.

Dozens of people watched the free concert, which took place between noon and 4pm.

And the energetic Rotherham African Drummers held music workshops for children nearby.

The event was made possible by Rotherham United Community Sports Trust and young participants in the National Citizenship Service scheme.
