Quick on the draw Dave to mark his mark at Meadowhall

SHOPPERS are leaving their mark on Meadowhall, as an artist prepares to immortalise South Yorkshire landmarks on the walls of the mall.

One artwork is set to showcase Sheffield and the other the South Yorkshire region, with all the landmarks he highlights within both murals chosen by the public. 

Dave is also planning further events at the centre later in the year.

Alex Caley, marketing events manager at Meadowhall, said: “Dave Draws’ work oozes character and flair, so we’re delighted to have him down at the centre bringing our walls to life! 

“For almost 30 years, we’ve worked from the heart of Yorkshire and we wanted this installation to reflect its vibrant personality and showcase some of the many hidden gems that make it the county we know and love. 

“We can’t wait to see what the region picks out as their homeland highlights and to see Dave in action.”
