CROWDS flocked to Clifton Park for the 40th Rotherham Show, which drew from the past, present and future for inspiration.
Retro games consoles stood alongside cutting-edge virtual reality demonstrations, while Viking and Saxon re-enactors battled and brandished their weapons in the shadow of Clifton Park Museum.
Saturday stayed dry and Sunday turned out glorious, banishing any fears of early autumn downpours washing out the fun.
