Panto pals make a date with the Advertiser

THE ADVERTISER is preparing for a panto-tastic trip to Rotherham Civic Theatre next week to meet the cast in rehearsals

The stars of the show — pantomime classic Dick Whittington — include former Hearbeat actor David Lonsdale as Alderman Fitzwarren.

He will be joined by Ian Hallard as Dame, Nathan Guy as Dick Whittington, Ann Micklethwaite as Fairy Bow Bells and Ashley Andrew as Alice Fitzwarren.

Rehearsals for the production, which opens on Friday, November 30, are currently underway.

    The run will include a relaxed session at 11am on the Thursday, December 27, which will be signed.

    Another signed performance will take place at 6.30pm on Saturday, January 5.
