Musicians of all abilities wanted to help create Rotherham's new anthem at workshop tomorrow
THE Royal Philharmonic Orchestra wants musicians to join and help create a new anthem for Rotherham tomorrow at Rotherham Civic Theatre - whatever their musical ability.
As part of the preparation for this summer’s UEFA Women's EURO tournament – for which Rotherham is a co-host - the famous orchestra is calling for everyone, regardless of their music skills, to drop in and craft the lyrics and music of the town’s new anthem.
The group said they would provide anyone interested with a range of instruments.
