Kids light up Ferham
CREATIVE kids helped set the night aglow with a host of handmade lanterns.
The lantern parade at Ferham Park last Thursday was part of the Light Up the Night event led by Artful Make It Happen.
A series of workshops were held with children from Kimberworth Community Primary, Ferham School and Thornhill Primary School and with family groups in the months leading up to the big reveal, which was six months in the making.
Circus performers from Circus du Bleurgh added to the spectacle.
