Get involved in the future of health care

A HEALTH trust is asking its patients, carers and the public to get involved in shaping the way it delivers its care.

Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is holding an event, called the Big Conversation, for patients and the public at St Catherine's House, Woodfield Park, off Tickhill Road, Balby, Doncaster on June 27 between 1pm and 3pm.

Chief executive Kathryn Singh will be at the event and asking visitors to tell her and RDaSH staff how the health trust can improve the way it works with patients and carers to deliver care.

Free transport can be provided to patients, carers and the public who require support to attend.

Cheryl Watkinson, RDaSH membership and engagement facilitator, said: “Please come along and have your say.

“We know that by listening to patients and carers they can help us to improve or enhance the care we deliver.

“We want to hear examples of where patients and carers have felt involved with our services and also to hear them suggest new ways that we can work together.”

To book a place please ring 01302 796696 or email [email protected]. If transport is required, you should make this known at the time of booking.
