Garden party this Saturday to support unpaid Rotherham carers

A GARDEN party will help to support unpaid carers around the borough.

Care charity Crossroads Care will host the summer social in Kimberworth this Saturday (21), from 1pm to 7pm and everyone is invited to attend.

The event will feature live music from Lauren Housley, with support from Dale Patrick, Saint Billy, Chantel Edwards and Brandon Walton.

A full bar, hot and cold food, raffle and tombola, stalls and facepainting will also be on offer.

Tickets cost just £2 in advance or £3 on the door, with all proceeds going to help unpaid carers.

There are 5.2 million unpaid carers supporting friends and relatives in England and Wales. These carers save the economy £87 billion per year, an average of £15,000 per carer.

Contact Crossroads Care on 01709 360272 or through www.crossroadsrotherham.co.uk/contact-us to book garden party tickets.
