They will be travelling in style as a convoy of classic vehicles will be used in the 70-mile round trip on April 19, which will also see them dropping by Rotherham General Hospital.

Vikki Nesbitt, community relations co-ordinator for Wincanton, said: “One of our site initiatives is a community project and every year we invite colleagues and the local community to submit nominations for a charity to be our community project for a year.

“This year’s charity has been Bluebell Wood Children Hospice and as we are coming to the end of our time fundraising for Bluebell we are taking a cheque to them of all funds raised in the year.

“Annually, we also hold an egg rally where our colleagues take Easter eggs kindly donated by other colleagues and local organisations to children in need.

“This year we have decide to present the cheque during the rally which is due to stop at Bluebell Wood and Rotherham General Hospital.”
