Free taster treatments for over-50s at Unity Centre in Rotherham

Social enterprise Radiance and Relaxation has been awarded £10,000 in Lottery cash by Awards for All to put on activities for the over-50s and tackle social isolation.

FREE alternative therapy treatments and exercise sessions are being offer at a weekly lunchtime relaxation session in Rotherham.

And they last week launched free tasters of tai chi, yoga, relaxation techniques, hula dancing, laughter therapy and Indian head massage at the Unity Centre in St Ann’s.

Organiser Terri Marie Williamson said the sessions were open to everyone over 50 and would run at the same venue every Tuesday from 11am to 2pm.
