Everyone invited to free community picnic in Ravenfield this Sunday

The Ravenfield Community Plan Group are hosting the event at Hollings lane Playing field from noon to 4pm on Sunday (July 14).

Group secretary Jill Jesson said: “This is a free event, when everyone will bring what ever they want to eat and drink but no glass please if possible.

“Bring your own ball games and we may organise a few games as well. 

“The picnic is for old and young and all of us in between.

“Please leave dogs at home or have them on a leash as we need to avoid mess on the field.”

Toilets will be available at the Ravenfield Arms.
