EIGHTIES rocker John Parr will return to the little village hall that helped re-launch his stage career for an special intimate gig later this month.

EIGHTIES rocker John Parr will return to the little village hall that helped re-launch his stage career for an special, intimate gig later this month.

Around 70 people are expected to pack into Letwell Village Hall to see the St. Elmo’s Fire singer who played to packed stadiums alongside the likes of Tina Turner, Bryan Adams and Meatloaf in the late 80s.

The performance, on April 24, will see Parr return to the stage where he played the first of the Little Village Tour gigs which helped revive his stage career back in 2006.

Since that gig he has been reunited with Bryan Adams—supporting him at Doncaster’s Keepmoat Stadium—toured with bands Journey and Smokey and has performed in Canada and the South of France.

Tickets for the Letwell Village Hall gig are price at £12 and doors open at 8pm for a 8.30pm start.
