Double booking next week for Colin Yates Big Band

THE Colin Yates Big Band hope to get people dancing next weekend.

Montgomery Hall in Wath will play host to a spring ball on Saturday, May 18, with the band playing modern Latin, jive and old-time music.

Tickets for the ball, from 8pm until midnight, are priced at £10 for adults and £8 for concessions and available on 01709 513160 or from Montgomery Hall.

Three days earlier, the band will be in action at Phoenix Sports Club in Brinsworth.

An evening of popular big band music with Alfie Ryan on vocals starts at 8.30pm next Wednesday (May 15).

Tickets are £4 on the door.
