Dearne Valley Ramblers August 18

10am a moderate 7 miles circular ramble from Curbar Edge visiting the monuments dedicated to Wellington and Nelson with panoramic views over the Derwent Valley, return via Baslow village and the Chatsworth estate, meet at Curbar Gap National Trust car park (fee payable) or free parking 50 metres west in the layby, follow lane (Curbar Hill) out of Curbar village uphill to Curbar Gap.
