Church marks 250 years of worship
A FLOWER festival and heritage open weekend is being held to mark a church’s 250th anniversary.
As part of Talbot Lane Methodist Church’s celebration of 250 years of worship on the site on Moorgate, the flower festival and heritage open weekend will take place this weekend.
Visitors are welcome between 10am and 4pm on the Saturday and 1pm to 4pm on the Sunday to discover the history and beauty of the church and enjoy the flower displays.
There will also be refreshments and stalls.
