Chill out and unwind at free over-50s exercise and therapy day in Rotherham
Social enterprise Radiance and Relaxation has been awarded £10,000 in Lottery cash by Awards for All to put on activities for the over-50s
FREE alternative therapy treatments and exercise sessions are on offer at a lunchtime relaxation session in Rotherham tomorrow.
And they will be giving free tasters of tai chi, yoga, relaxation techniques, hula dancing, laughter therapy and Indian head massage from 11am to 2pm tomorrow at the Unity Centre in St Ann’s.
Organiser Terri Marie Williamson said the sessions were open to everyone over 50.
