Creative director Danyl Turvey said: “We have a few places left for young people aged 12 to 25, both male and female, but we particularly need male performers.

“We also really need a couple of young people who excel in dance.”

The Wedding Singer tells the story of New Jersey’s best wedding singer, Robbie Hart.

“He’s the life of the party until his fiancé jilts him at his own wedding.

Broken-hearted, Robbie struggles to continue his career until he meets a young waitress, Julia — the only trouble is that she is about to be married.

Can Robbie pull off the performance of a decade and get the girl of his dreams before she’s gone forever?

The show is packed with high energy dance routines and big vocal performances.

Danyl added: “Rehearsals are going fantastically, and it promises to be another outstanding performance by YPPA.
