Break a leg! Theatre group prepares to stage chiller at Wombwell Playhouse this week

A NIGHTMARE of deception awaits theatregoers as a mystery thriller rolls into a Wombwell theatre this week.

The Murderer in the Mirror by Peter Colley will be performed by Breakaleg Productions at The Playhouse from Thursday to Saturday.

Breakaleg Productions founder Fraser Smith said: “We are all from South Yorkshire and for the past five years we have been hiring The Playhouse to take our shows to the public.

“We have worked with adults and young people, who have often little or no experience of the stage, and have so far managed to produce two shows per year.”
