An entry form to exhibit items at Bawtry Garden Club’s forthcoming annual show can be picked up from Bawtry Community Library. The big event takes place in the New Hall on September 7. Classes - vegetables and fruit, flowers and plants, baking, preserves, art, crafts and photography. A separate entry form must be completed for each person submitting entries and each entry must be completely own grown/made and original. Charge 50p per entry for adults, children’s entries free. Entries, completed entry form and fee must be handed in at the New Hall 9-10.45am on September 7. Judging 11am-12.30pm. The doors of the New Hall open to the public 1.30pm. The presentation of the Elizabeth Cruddas Memorial Trophy for the show’s overall winner along with the presentation of trophies to individual winners will bring the show to a close.
