Art students showcase their work for free next week at Rotherham gallery

ART students will be exhibiting their work for free next week at a town centre gallery.

First, second, and final year degree students from Rotherham College’s fine and applied arts course will open their work to the public at the Coterie Gallery, Riverside Precinct, from Monday (17) to Saturay (21).

The exhibition, entitled Array, will include a range of disciplines including fine art, ceramics, textiles, digital and traditional print, by artists Louis Scott, Paige Thompson, Sam Jackson, Kathryn Hewitt and Debra Moss.

The gallery is open between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturday and students will be on hand to answer any questions from the public on Monday’s opening night between 6pm and 8pm, where the Deputy Mayor and Mayoress of Rotherham will open proceedings.
