Arctic Monkeys announce two Sheffield gigs and tickets go on sale this Friday

ARCTIC Monkeys have announced they will play two hometown gigs this September — and tickets go on sale this Friday.

Following news of their forthcoming album entitled Tranquility Base Hotel and Casino, which will be released on May 11, the band announced today a number of September arena shows.

The tour includes two gigs at Sheffield’s FlyDSA Arena on Tuesday, September 18, and Wednesday, September 19.

UPDATED: Due to 'phenomenal' demand the band has added TWO extra Sheffield shows on Friday, September 21 AND Saturday, September 22 at the arena. Tickets for all four shows are on sale now (Friday, April 13).

The Lemon Twigs will be supporting.

Tickets go on general sale at 9am on Friday (April 13) via the ticket hotline on 0114 256 5656, online at www.flydsaarena.co.uk or in person at the arena box office.

Tickets booked online and by phone are priced from £43.45 to £76.45 (including booking fee). 

Tickets booked in person at the arena box office are priced £41.48 to £72.98 (including booking fee).
