There is no reason why you can’t achieve a ‘wow’ do by just being yourself.

Deborah Carney, owner of Millionhair, Wickersley Road at the Brecks, gave her top tips to brides-to-be.

She said: “The advice that I would give to any bride is to make sure it’s still them and that their personality is shown in their hair.

“That way when they look at their pictures it will always be their true self that they see.

“My other advice is to have plenty of practises, keep slightly open minded and take along your head dress and let the stylist know what your dress is like so they can tie it all together.”
