Car and dozens of watches stolen in Catcliffe burglary

A COLLECTION of watches and a sports utility vehicle were stolen from a property in Catcliffe.

Officers in Rotherham are appealing for information after the burglary on Mappins Road between 6pm on Tuesday, November 5 and 1am on Wednesday, November 6.

"It is reported that the offenders took around £2,000 in cash, the victim's blue Audi SQ5 that was parked outside the house and a collection of 92 watches," a police spokeswoman said.

Officers are keen to speak to anyone who may have any information about the burglary.

Anyone with information should call 101 quoting incident number 159 of November 6.
