Seventy-five local authorities across the country will share £302 million to provide similar support.

Councillors have stated that the new family support hubs will be "Sure Start-style" and will focus on early help, including perinatal mental health and increasing specialist breastfeeding support, complementing the Pause project.

The new hubs will take a holistic, proactive and preventative approach to working with families.
