Mental health author offering free help books to Rotherham schools

AN AUTHOR who wrote top-selling books about his experience of mental health problems is offering free copies to schools and colleges.

Jason Tune, who penned Sex, Drugs and Northern Soul and Stigma Worse than Psychosis, wants to promote education and information to young people.

He said: “I hope they will gain incite into mental health by the distribution of these titles, thereby helping to destigmatise the negatives associated with the mental health experience.”

Rotherham busnessman Chris Cooper has supported the idea by purchasing books from Chipmunka Publishing in order to offer them to local education establishments.
