Home setback for Millers
Despite hitting the bar twice they were undone by goals at the end of each half from Andre Gray and substitute Nick Proschwitz.
Gray clipped in the first off a post after being set free in the penalty area from a counter-attack.

Arguably the best chance to equalise came on the hour mark when a miss-kick from a defender gave Matt Derbyshire, recalled to the starting line-up, a clear run at goal but the striker fired at the legs of goalkeeper David Button.
In the latter stages Button denied Taylor and Richie Smallwood and the game was into eight minutes of stoppage time when Proschwitz tapped in Brentford’s second.
The result leaves the promoted Millers with two wins and three defeats from their first five Championship matches.
