Schools aiming to forge stronger links
West Melton Primary, Brampton Cortonwood Infants, Wath Central Primary and Wath Comprehensive have started a consultation process.
The tie-up will formalise work already done by Wath Learning Community, a collaboration of ten schools in the area.

Hide AdJacqueline Oliver, from WLC, said: “The move will bring significant benefits to children.
“The co-operative trust model will affirm the already tight links that exist between the schools based upon a mutually co-operative set of values and principles.
“The proposed trust will consider long-term partnerships with other educational establishments and organisations it feels will fit well within its cause.”
Parents are being told of the proposal in letters. Wath Comprehensive will host a public meeting on March 12 at 6pm.
The proposed implementation date is September.
