Both of the dresses had been on sale in Meadowhall Shopping Centre in October as part of the Centre’s In New Designer’s we Trust competition, where four up and coming Yorkshire designers were given the opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in the industry and sell their collections in the region’s largest Shopping Centre.

Lucy said: “It is every designer’s dream to see one of their creations worn so beautifully on the red carpet at such a prestigious event, but to see two of them was unbelievable!

"Both of the dresses were from my Autumn and Winter collection which was available as part of my pop-up store in Meadowhall in October, so there may have been some very excited ladies around Yorkshire last night boasting: ‘I have that dress.'"

After pipping her competitors, Kelly-Ann Garforth (Klue by Kelly-Ann), Keeley Hardy (Harpers Womenswear) and Maria Franco (Maria Franco), to the post to win Meadowhall's In New Designer’s We Trust tcompetition, Lucy will be debuting her Spring / Summer collection at Meadowhall year.
