Rotherham United: Transfer Update

ROTHERHAM United have completed two more loan signings today, with wingers Danny Ward and Adam Hammill both arriving from Championship rivals Huddersfield Town.

24-year-old Ward operates primarily on the left of midfield but can play up front as well, and has scored 16 goals since joining the Terriers from Bolton in 2011.

Former Barnsley winger Hammill began his career at Liverpool and first joined Huddersfield on loan before signing permanently in 2013.

Meanwhile, Febian Brandy and Michael Tidser have both had their contracts terminated by mutual consent, while striker Alex Revell’s much publicised move to Cardiff City has now been completed following a successful medical.

Winger Ben Pringle has also been subject to a bid from fellow Championship side Millwall. The offer was accepted by the club but reports suggest Pringle rejected the move as the two parties couldn’t agree personal terms.
