Sir--It's welcome news that Tesco and Matalan plus others have changed their stance regarding the Goverment's work programme and will pay young people a wage.
Business has got to understand that giving young people a wage allows them to go to town and spend their hard earned money, which creates growth in local communties which in turn will create jobs and so on.
