Body in beck named as missing man
POLICE have confirmed that a body found in Bolton-on-Dearne is that of missing Wath dad Mohan Singh.
South Yorkshire Police said that the body of Mr Singh had been discovered in a beck, near Broadwater, at approximately 3pm on Tuesday.
Mr Singh, known locally as John, had been missing from his home in Wath for more than two weeks.

Hide AdPolice said that they were not treating the death as suspicious at this stage.
Mr Singh (47) was last seen at his workplace — Spar Stores in Quarry Hill Road — at 10.40am on November 26.
A post mortem examination was due to be conducted today in a bid to identify the cause of death. An inquest is expected to be opened later this week.
