ST HELEN’S CHURCH: For information about baptisms or weddings or to speak to a member of the clergy in confidence, visit Meeting Point at St Andrew’s Centre, Brinsworth, any Thursday 6.30-7.30pm or ring the Team Office 01709 361630.

 

TREETON BAPTIST CHURCH: Services 10.45am on Sunday with Communion on the first Sunday of the month. The church provides infant and child dedications, weddings and wedding vow renewals, contact 0114 269 0000 or go to website Treeton Baptist Church and follow links to send a message.

TREETON LIBRARY: The library is held at Treeton Baptist Church every Tuesday 9.30am-12.30pm to exchange books and jigsaws. During school holidays Bookworms activity classes are held for children. 

 

HOUSING SURGERY: Treeton residents can attend a drop-in session every Thursday 10.15-11.30am at Treeton Reading Rooms to discuss any problems relating to housing, anti-social behaviour, crime and the environment. The police, RMBC, Streetpride and Cllr John Swift are usually at these sessions. If anyone has a matter they wish to discuss in private, make this known on arrival.

 

COUNCILLOR’S SURGERY: Cllr Darren Hughes, of Rother Vale ward, holds a surgery every Friday 5-6pm at Treeton Community and Resource Centre, Pit Lane.
