ALWAYS ACTIVE: February 22 – At Montgomery Hall, Active Always is a programme of physical activity delivered all over the borough that will improve health and wellbeing. This class provides a range of activities including seated and standing exercise, improved mobility and strength. All instructors are specially qualified to teach health-related exercise and have the correct level of qualification and experience. The sessions run noon-1pm and cost £2.50. YOUTH CLINIC: Held at Wath Youth Centre on February 22 12.20-1.20pm. There will be free confidential advice and information around sex and relationships. The service is free and people will be treated in a non-judgemental way and receive honest and accurate information. This service will run until July 4. 

HIGHER LEVEL TEACHING ASSISTANT EVENING: Dearne Valley College is hosting an information evening on February 18 5-6pm giving information about the Level 4, Higher Level Teaching Assistant – preparation for assessment. The aim is to further skills, knowledge, confidence and ability to perform jobs. To develop the correct skills to teach (under direct supervision of a teacher), as well as the skills required to plan and deliver lessons.
