Success built on foreign labour

AS the debate rages on about a European 'in or out' referendum, on one side we have the likes of John Cridland, UK business CEO, and Sir Martin Sorrell, ex-Marks and Sparks CEO, claiming the European project has been a great success.

Spivs and wide boys like these two base their argument on companies like Marks & Spencer, which have seen great success because of the free movement of European labour.

What it doesn't tell you, is that the local company who supply M&S ready-made meals ditched its British workforce and replaced it with cheap foreign labour, mainly East European, which in turn gave the supply company chance to undercut its competitors and sell its produce to M&S cheap.

But M&S sell these products to the fake middle class in britain for over-inflated prices, which in turn enables the likes of Sir Martin Sorrell to pay himself £8 million per year and think he's doing a great job.

What he doesn't see is the detrimental effect the free movement of European labour has had on places like Rotherham, bringing cheap labour to Britain isn't as cheap has politicians think.

The supply company mentioned above useS employment agencies to do their dirty work for them by giving the employment agency £10 per hour to employ labour, the employment agency then employ "easy to exploit" foreign labour and give them mininum wage £6.14 and keep £3.86 per hour for themselves, leaving the British taxpayer to subsidise the exploited worker with working tax credits of around £80 per week, and then child tax credits around £90 per week for 2 children.

Because these foreign exploited workers are on so little they pay very little tax, so contribrute very little.

Three million migrants have proved the straw that broke the camel's back in our economy and public services. Opening the NHS up for a European fre-for-all was madness by 'Blue Labour' and the collapse of our public services and our NHS should be squared firmly with the Labour Party.

John Cridland and Sir Martin Sorrell should look at the real stats. For every foreign worker in the country has replaced a British worker who now has up to £20,000 in benefits paid to him/her for Britain being unemployed, and parrallel to this we're paying a foreign worker around £10,000 per year in benefits to work in Bitains because a employment agency has stolen his money.

And they wonder why the UK are in debt and sinking like a lead balloon. End the free movement of European labour and give our kids the jobs they will need to secure a home and raise a family in the future.
